Services

We provide websites, apps and design; Meta Ads management; custom app and API development; and the PixelProMatrix Reports software (SaaS). Each service is described on our Services page. PixelProMatrix Reports is also governed by the terms published at reports.pixelpromatrix.com.

Project scope

The work for each project is defined in a written proposal that we send and you accept by email or by paying the advance. Anything not listed in the proposal is outside the scope of the project.

Quotes

Quotes are fixed-price for the scope described in the proposal and are given after a free discovery call. Custom app and API projects typically start from ₹50,000. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for clients in India and in US Dollars (USD) for clients outside India. The currency of each quote is stated in the proposal.

Payment terms

• Projects: 50% advance before work starts and 50% on delivery.
• Larger projects may be split into milestones, each paid as described in the proposal.
• Ongoing services such as Meta Ads management are billed as agreed in the proposal. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is not part of our fee.
• Payments are made through a secure Razorpay payment link we send you, or by bank transfer, as agreed in the proposal. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay's own page; we never see or store them.

Change requests

Changes or additions to the agreed scope are quoted and billed separately. We will confirm the cost and any change to the timeline before starting the extra work.

Client responsibilities

• Provide content, access, accounts and feedback on time. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.
• Make sure any material you give us (text, images, logos, data) is yours to use.
• Review deliveries and report issues within the support period.

Intellectual property

Full ownership of the code and design created for your project transfers to you once the final payment has been received. Until then it remains ours. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences.

Support

Custom app and API projects include 30 days of free bug-fix support after delivery. New features and changes after that are quoted separately.

Limitation of liability

We take care with every project but cannot guarantee that software will be free of all errors or that advertising will achieve particular results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
