Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for services bought from PixelProMatrix.
Custom projects
This covers custom app and API development and website, app and design projects.
- Cancelled before work starts: the advance is refunded in full.
- Cancelled after work has started: the refund is pro-rated, meaning you are refunded for the part of the work not yet done.
- After final delivery and your acceptance of the project: no refunds.
Meta Ads management
You can cancel ongoing Meta Ads management at any time by email, effective from the next billing period. The fee for a period that has already started is not refunded. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is covered by Meta's own policies.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
PixelProMatrix Reports (SaaS)
Subscriptions to PixelProMatrix Reports follow the refund policy at reports.pixelpromatrix.com/refund.
