Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and company, when you fill in our contact form, email or message us.
• Project information: details about your business and the project you want built.
• Payment details: payments are made through a Razorpay payment link or by bank transfer. Card, UPI and bank details entered on Razorpay's page are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store card data and only receive confirmation that a payment was made. We keep the payment record and invoicing details needed for our accounts and the law.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and approximate location, collected through cookies (see below).

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes.
• To deliver the services you pay for and send project updates.
• To send invoices and keep records required by law.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These services may set cookies and receive information such as the pages you visit and, when you send our contact form, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number so Meta can match the enquiry to an ad. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and where we show a cookie banner, tracking only starts after you accept.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business (such as our hosting, database, email, payment, analytics and advertising providers), and only for the purposes above.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting and database providers and are only accessible to us. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights and data deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time. To request deletion, email pixelpromatrix@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp +91 8076141900. We will confirm once it is done.
